Welcome to the Ogen, operated by L.T.O. Consultants LTD (hereinafter: "the Operator").
The App provides technological tools for dealing with mild, situational stress only, including self-regulation exercises, an AI-based chat, and a list of therapists – all subject to these Terms.
Use of the App constitutes confirmation that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree – do not use the App.
The App Is Not Mental Health / Medical Treatment
The App does not constitute diagnosis, psychological, psychiatric, medical treatment, or a substitute for a qualified therapist. It provides general tools for reducing momentary stress only (breathing, soothing touch, butterfly hug, cognitive reset, neural balancing, thought management, body anchor, etc.). It includes no personalization or medical follow-up.
In cases of severe distress, crisis, suicidal thoughts, extreme anxiety, or any significant mental/physical symptom – immediately stop use and consult a licensed professional or go to emergency services / crisis hotline (ERAN 1201, Natal, etc.). Use may worsen certain conditions if not suitable for your state.
Special Disclaimer for AI Chat ("AI Assistant")
The chat is powered by artificial intelligence (Gemini) and is not a human therapist. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or unsuitable for your situation. Do not rely on them as professional, medical, or therapeutic advice. Using the chat may cause confusion, worsening of distress, or incorrect reliance. Use is at your sole responsibility. The Operator is not liable for the content or consequences of using the chat.
Purpose of the App
A technological tool for practicing self-regulation techniques and stress reduction, based on CBT, mindfulness, somatic experiencing, and bilateral eye movements principles. Includes a list of therapists and contact options.
Therapists
The Operator does not verify credentials, competence, or accuracy of therapists' content. Any contact / treatment is solely between the therapist and user. The Operator has no involvement or liability for relationships / services / damages. The user undertakes to verify independently.
Liability
The App is provided "AS IS". The Operator is not liable for:
- Content / services of therapists / AI
- Direct / indirect / consequential damages (data loss, profits, mental distress)
- Technical failures, interruptions, viruses
- Reliance on exercises / chat / information
In no event shall the Operator bear liability beyond what is required by law.
Use at User's Sole Responsibility
Use is personal only. Copying, duplicating, modifying, or distributing content is prohibited. Transmissions are not confidential – maintain your own confidentiality.
External Links
Links to external sources do not constitute endorsement. The Operator is not responsible for their content or any resulting damages.
Abuse of Use
The Operator may restrict / block / suspend any user / therapist at any time, without prior notice, if a violation of these Terms / law / risk is observed.
Content in the App
The Operator does not monitor content uploaded by therapists / users. No endorsement or liability for its accuracy.
Continuity and Availability
No commitment to continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability. The Operator may change / close the App without notice.
Indemnification
You undertake to indemnify the Operator against any damages / expenses arising from breach of these Terms.
Privacy
Please read our Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable measures to protect your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law (including Amendment No. 13). Data (email, location, stress level, chat content) is retained for service purposes. You have the right to access, correct, delete (account deletion removes everything). You are not obligated to provide data – but without it you cannot use the App. You may revoke consent to marketing information at any time.
The Operator will transfer data only: to comply with court order, prevent harm, breach of Terms or law.
Copyright and Trademarks
All rights reserved to the Operator. Copying / distributing without written consent is prohibited.
Advertising
Responsibility for advertisements lies with the advertisers. No endorsement or liability by the Operator.
Termination of Use
The Operator may terminate services / block user / therapist / IP address at any time, without prior notice.
Jurisdiction
Laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction – Tel Aviv courts.
