This Privacy Policy explains how the Ogen ("App"), operated by L.T.O. Consultants LTD ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use the App. By using the App, you consent to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Automatically Collected

• Device information (OS, device type)
• Usage data (pages viewed, time spent, session duration)
• IP address
• Approximate location (if enabled; currently not used for personalization)

We do not collect precise geolocation.

User-Provided Information

For features such as account creation and chatbot:

• Email address
• Password
• Display name
• User ID
• Google Sign-In data (if used)
• AI Chatbot conversation history (recent messages kept for session context)

Chat history is permanently deleted upon account deletion via the "Delete Account" button in Settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain App features (chatbot context, exercises)
• To improve the App (anonymized & aggregated data only)
• For important notices (no marketing without consent)
• For security and fraud prevention

We do not use data for advertising, marketing, or AI model training.

3. AI Chatbot (Google Gemini) & Third Parties

Chatbot powered by Google Gemini API.

• Inputs and outputs sent to Google servers for real-time processing
• Recent history stored by us for context
• Google's processing governed by their Privacy Policy & Gemini API Terms

Important Warning: Do not share highly sensitive information (health, mental, financial) in chats – data is transmitted to Google. The App is not for medical/therapeutic use.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell personal data. Anonymized/aggregated data may be shared with trusted providers for improvement.

5. Data Disclosure

We may disclose:

• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud
• To service providers under confidentiality

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable safeguards (encryption, access controls). No method is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

• Chat history: While account active
• Account data: While active
• Upon account deletion: All personal data, including full chat history, permanently deleted

8. Children's Privacy

App for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the required age. If discovered – immediate deletion.

9. Your Rights

• Access, correct, delete – use "Delete Account" or contact us
• Object / restrict – contact us
• EU/UK users: Additional GDPR rights (contact us)
• Israel: Rights under Privacy Protection Law (Amendment 13), including erasure in appropriate cases

10. Data Protection Officer (DPO)

Under Amendment 13, certain organizations must appoint a DPO. As of this update, we are not required to appoint one (under ongoing review).
